Learn the art of Truffle making just in time for Valentine’s Day!!! Chef Risa will share her expertise by doing a full demonstration for 3 types of truffles and each student will participate in making and going home with a beautiful box of truffles to share or not!!

What's on the Menu:
- 3 different truffles to take home in a Valentine’s gift box
- White Chocolate w/strawberry filling rolled in strawberry shortcake crumbs
- Milk Chocolate Hazelnut coated w/crushed hazelnuts
- Dark Chocolate Espresso coated in cocoa powder
Additional Information:
- Students ages 13-16 years old will be able to attend adult classes if accompanied by a participating adult as per our kitchen safety guidelines.
